Order Cancellations
WholesaleRoses.com’ cancellation policy is:
• no cancelations will be accepted within 10 business days of scheduled delivery date and there is a 10% surcharge for all cancelled orders.
• To cancel an order, you can either send us an email to info@WholesaleRoses.com with the subject heading CANCELATION (include your order number) in the body of the email include what you want to cancel Phone confirmation is required.
Changes to an order
If you would like to change your wholesale flower order, please contact us MINIMUM 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $20 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.
Shipping Terms
WholesaleRoses.com offers FREE Shipping.
Special Shipping Charges
There are some destinations that requires a special shipping charge. Please note the following list of Special Shipping Charges:
Saturday Delivery - $20 (Saturday delivery may be available in your zipcode- phone orders only)
We don't ship to Canada
Alaska, Hawaii - $50
Service Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at anytime.
Warnings about Flower Boxes and Packaging Material
Some packaging material used to package bulk flowers is rough, sharp or thick. Bulk flowers must be protected with heavy plastic straps, large metal staples and wooden rods. Anybody unpackaging the flowers should use caution and wear protective gloves and use appropriate tools. There is a chance of cutting your hand or finger on the packaging material. Please be careful.

WholesaleRoses.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, WholesaleRoses.com does not warrant that product descriptions , images (color of flowers) or any other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

WholesaleRoses.com is operated out of the city of Miami, Florida and governed under the state law thereof. Therefore, it is legally bound by the State of Florida and the United States of America. If you are placing an order from outside of the United States (for delivery within the US), please take note that all information you provide will be transferred to the United States.
